We have received ISO (9001:2000) Certification for the Plants in Adamas and Caieiras. We have also obtained the FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) Certification of custody chain product Monopack manufactured at Santista Plant. The FSC is a non-profit organization which has developed a system to identify and label products from sustainable forestry areas.
We were also granted with major products certificates confirming our Total Quality Commitment, mainly with products used by the Food Packaging and Pharmaceutical Industries.

In 2008, for the second consecutive year, MD Papéis, a Formitex Group company, won the revelation prize in the “Special Paper Manufacturer” category granted by the Brazilian Technical Association of Pulp and Paper (ABTCP) during the 41st International Congress and Exhibition on Pulp and Paper. The company was represented by its Commercial Director, Sergio Canela.
The prize was created to value the best companies and suppliers in the pulp and paper sector. The choice criteria were established through extensive research with professionals in the pulp and paper sector.
